Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour the Labour Party gubernatorial candidate in last Saturday gubernatorial in an interview with Arise TV, Rhodes-Vivour expressed his dissatisfaction with the election results and stated that he would not congratulate the incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on his victory.
