Chiegboka Tasks Anambra Lawyers on Homeland Consciousness

It was an evening of camaraderie on Wednesday, when the Senior Special Assistant and Liaison Officer, Anambra State Liaison Office, Lagos, Barr Leo Chiegboka, hosted members of Nigeria Bar Association who are of Anambra descent.

The Anambra Lawyers participated in the Year 2024 Bar Conference held in Lagos.

Speaking during the gathering held at Colonnades Hotel, Ikoyi, Barr Chiegboka urged Anambra Lawyers to contribute their quota towards the development of the State.

The Liaison Officer tasked them to empower the homeland regardless of their political affiliation or interest.

He charged the Lawyers to support Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo in his quest to transform the State, adding that the Governor's achievements in the different sectors of the economy are verifiable.

Barr Chiegboka stated that the Governor is focused and has a vision towards the development of Anambra State.

He maintained that the State Government cannot do it alone and called for collective efforts at developing Anambra to make it a livable and prosperous homeland.

While thanking the Legal Luminaries for attending the event, the Liaison Officer stressed the need for all to be one's brother's keeper.

Also speaking the Chairman Nigeria Bar Association, Awka Branch, Barr Bona Oraekwe, thanked the Senior Special Assistant cum Liaison Officer for hosting them.
