The despicable stonewalling on the imperative of Restructuring the lopsided Federation is that a Restructured federation will have TWO TIERS OF GOVERNMENT: Federal Government and State governments with TWO levels of Revenue Sharing Formula.

Consequently, State Governments can create as many local government councils as they want and FUND it from their Statutory Revenue Share. This is what is obtained in the Federations the world over even in the First Republic with the 1963 Constitution which incidentally the Military Regime declared that it SUSPENDED.

Logically, after Restructuring the lopsided Federation, the SUSPENDED 1963 Republican Constitution will become operational again with TWO TIERS OF GOVERNMENT.

This what the Tinubu-led government covertly prodded by the "Fulani Feudal Oligarchy cum Northern Political Emirate Establishment" are running away from because the fraudulent Dasuki Local Government Reform Commission of 1976 which illegally created made Local government as a THIRD TIER OF GOVERNMENT contrary to a Federal Constitution, will be subsequently declared illegal and the Nigerian Federation will revert to TWO TIERS OF GOVERNMENT with two levels of monthly Statutory Revenue Sharing Formula.
