In a determine drive to ensure grand success at the official unveiling of the group's new uniform and launching of the 2025 election campaign theme ahead of the upcoming Anambra gubernatorial election, the National Coordinator of Soludo Support Group SSG, Hon. Chief Chinedu Nwoye (Glamour), has organized a strategic stakeholders meeting in Awka.
The promising remarkable event
scheduled to hold on Thursday, 27th June, 2024 is aimed at demonstrating the
groups readiness, commitment and support for the actualization of Prof Charles
Chukwuma Soludo Second Term bid as the Anambra State and is expected to feature
key functions such as inauguration of new grand patrons and major stakeholders.
Speaking during the meeting,
Convener Cum National Coordinator who is also the Deputy Chief of Staff and
Chief Protocol to Governor Soludo, Hon. Chinedu Nwoye (Glamour) while
appreciating the members for their attendance, expressed his heartfelt love and
gratitude for Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo for the phenomenal leadership style
especially for evidently fulfilling his campaign promises to Ndi Anambra.
According to him, it is very
important to strengthen cooperation between the state government and the State
residents by disseminating the right information about the works and activities
of the present administration.
While assuring Governor Soludo
commitment in tackling major challenges plaguing the state, from security to
economic growth to infrastructure development, education and healthcare, Hon
Nwoye also reaffirmed his commitment to the greater good of every member of the
group and called on members to unite in supporting the vision of the Anambra
State Governor in building a brighter future for every Onye Anambra and the
generations to come, noting that the mandate is to consolidated on the Solution
Mantra and further tasks both executives and stakeholders present to prepare
for the upcoming state program
Also speaking, the Deputy
National Coordinator, Chief Chiagozie Bath Awugosi and the Anambra Central
Zonal Coordinator, Chief Ochijie Modilim (Ozor Awka) commended the National
Coordinator, Hon Chinedu Nwoye for organizing the group, noting that the
platform has helped tremendously in attracting and uniting passionate
stakeholders across the state. He called on all the stakeholders to device
strategic approach to make the group a model for other support to emulate and
urge members to brace up for the task ahead.
In their separate speeches, the
Transition Committee Chairman of Oyi Local Government Area, Hon Emma Nweke
(IGA), and his Ayamelum and Awka South Counterparts, Hon Alphonsus Ofumelu and
Prince Chinedu Okafor who is also the Awka South LGA Coordinator unanimiously
thanked Governor Soludo for giving them the best opportunity to serve to prove
their capacity and commitment to promoting the good works of Governor Soludo
and the ruling party in the State and promised that they will be dedicated to
the call to ensure that Ndi Anambra continues to enjoy the dividends of
democracy from Prof Chukwuma Soludo and APGA led Administrations.
They further pledged their absolute
commitment to the growth and progress of the group to ensure that it stands out
amongst other in their efforts and contribution to the promotion of the Governor
Soludo Solution Agenda.
Lending their voices, the State
Woman Leader, Hon Dame Theresa Okoye, ASUBED Chairman, Dr. Vera Adinobi, Lady
Edna Obiakor expressed their delight
with the movement, assured of total commitment to the delivery of group
mandate by canvassing for more women grassroot mobilizers.
They described Governor Soludo
as Godsent to Ndi Anambra, applauding him for all his numerous works across the
state. They went further to extolled Prof Chukwuma Soludo for appointing women
into sensitive positions in the state and pray for long life and good health
upon the Anambra State Governor.
Other key stakeholders who took
turn to appreciate the SSG National Leadership and pledged their unalloyed
commitment and support includes Onitsha Main Market Coordinator, Chief Okoli
Chinedu (Nze Zue) and the Ihiala Transition Committee Chairman, Engr Anayo
Orjiakor.
The National Secretary, Hon.
Lion Tony Ezeigwe, the National Organizing Secretary, Sir. Jaycee Maduka, the
National Financial Secretary Dr. Roy Chinweuba, Zonal Coordinator Anambra North
