He called his so-called initiative: Peace In South East Project (PISE--P).

Of course, the deputy speaker
is a bootlicker of the cabal in the APC and must sing their tune of centralized
security architecture, viewing decentralized security architecture as
abominable because the 'caliphate ruling establishment' opposes the
restructuring of the lopsided federation with decentralized security
architecture.
How has naivety overshadowed
the reasoning of Igbo elected and politically appointed individuals who
deliberately refuse to speak out about the root cause of pervasive and
intractable insecurity throughout the country? The federal-unitary contraption,
along with the 1999 constitution and its centralized security architecture, has
been the trigger for the pervasive and intractable insecurity nationwide.
To educate the deputy speaker
of the House of Representatives from Abia State: please, sir, the solution to
insecurity in the Southeast and the entire country is a decentralized security
architecture, an integral part of restructuring the unworkable federal-unitary
contraption.
