The Imo State Police Command has commenced
the orderly room trial of the policemen who were caught on a viral video
assaulting Imo State University students with Machete in Imo State recently for
refusing to open their phones to the policemen.

According to our source, the policemen
are; Inspector Amadi Sunday (The Team
Leader), Inspector Amajuoji Charles, Sgt Noachian Chinese, Sgt Onwuka Emmanuel
Cpl Nzewuodo Goodness, and Pc Emmanuel Chmezie.
It was gathered that the personnel have been
arraigned and prosecuted according to
the police disciplinary policy.
Our reporter also learnt if found guilty
after the trial, this security personnel might be demoted, dismissed, or serve
some years in jail, according to the policy guiding their rules.
