Given the antecedents and numerous remarkable achievements of Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Anambra State Waste Management Authority (ASWAMA), Mr. Ozoemena Mike, has categorically stated that "A vote for APGA candidates in the forthcoming local government election on September 28th, 2024, is a vote for consolidation, unity, peace, security, more developmental projects, continuity, and rural renewal for Ndi Anambra from the Solution Governor."
Speaking in his office in Awka,
Mr. Ozoemena, who also serves as the Convener of the Soludo Volunteer Force
(SVF), stated that since the standard parameters for measuring the true essence
of governance, performance, and achievements of any government lie in the
deliberate pursuit of the well-being and happiness of the people, the time has
come for Ndi Anambra to maintain the developmental strides seen and enjoyed so
far within the two and a half years of Mr. Solution’s administration.
According to him, Governor Soludo has consistently demonstrated inclusive leadership and community-based development, embarking on life-transforming projects and programs that meet the basic needs of Ndi Anambra. He emphasized that leadership is the capacity to translate visions and dreams into reality. Therefore, the statement serves as a testament to the numerous initiatives and achievements of Governor Soludo, based on three essentials of quality leadership: humility, clarity of mind, and courage.
“These essentials,” he noted,
“outweigh the calls for a change in leadership and reinforce the need for
continuity, as this is the bedrock of any developing society—rewarding good
work with more work."
"We must, therefore,
support all APGA candidates, as they have verifiable track records and
leadership experience to complement the transformative and infrastructural
development led by Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo in all our council
areas," he concluded.
While pledging his continuous
allegiance to the success of Professor Soludo's administration, Mr. Ozoemena
further urged Ndi Anambra to support the vision of the result-oriented Anambra
State Governor to take the state to greater heights.
