In a momentous event at the 2023 Convocation Ceremony of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Mr. Polycarp Onwubiko, a distinguished Author and public policy analyst, proudly witnessed his son, Franklin Okechukwu Onwubiko, being conferred with a Master's degree in Mass Communication.
Expressing his overwhelming
joy, Mr. Onwubiko conveyed heartfelt congratulations to his son, acknowledging
