In a spirited effort to infuse the right seasonal spirit into the Christmas celebration and to express gratitude to the dedicated executives, Hon. Ossy Onuko, the National Convener of the Soludo Ambassadors, orchestrated a special meeting on December 20, 2023. The gathering, held at the prestigious King David Hotel in Awka, Anambra State, marked the end of the year for the renowned Soludo Ambassadors Support Group.
The event, attended by members
of the National Working Council, Zonal Coordinators, State Working Council, 21
Local Government Coordinators, Ward Leaders, and other distinguished
participants, showcased the commitment and passion of the Soludo Ambassadors in
championing the Solution Agenda across the 21 local government areas of
Anambra.
Addressing the assembly, Hon. Ossy Onuko, who also serves as the MD/CEO of Awka Capital Territory Development Authority (ACTDA), commended the executives for their dedication to promoting the Solution Agenda and APGA. He emphasized that the platform's essence lies in fostering love, unity, and understanding for the collective progress and development of all.
Hon. Onuko stressed the importance of continued commitment from the executives, highlighting the group's increasing influence as more individuals express interest in aligning with Soludo. He urged members to follow the blueprint set by Governor Charles Soludo in appreciating and encouraging frontline canvassers of the Solution Mandate and APGA.
In the spirit of Christmas, Hon. Onuko expressed gratitude to Governor Charles Soludo for creating a conducive atmosphere for a joyous celebration, particularly by bringing smiles to the faces of civil servants in the state. He reassured members that efforts to appreciate and reward their resilience and dedication would not wane, noting the governor's satisfaction with the group's substantial impact on both his administration and APGA.
Encouraging the executives to be exemplary ambassadors, Hon. Ossy urged all members to intensify their commitment and support to assist Governor Soludo in delivering the dividends of democracy to the people of Anambra.
Deputy National Coordinator Hon. Chibuzo Chukwuenyem echoed appreciation for the executives and affirmed the group's commitment to garnering more support for Governor Soludo. He outlined plans for extensive mobilization towards their upcoming inauguration.
Chief Nwachukwu Obiorah, the Awka South Coordinator, applauded the executives for their dedication and emphasized APGA's enduring presence. He urged members to maintain their zeal in promoting and safeguarding the APGA mandate while offering unwavering support to Governor Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo's administration.
Notable figures present at the meeting included National Woman Leader Mrs. Cordelia Ekemezie, Assistant National Woman Leader, Anambra Central Coordinator Prince Obinna Ndigwe, Anambra South Coordinator Hon. Namso Nwaforirizu, Anambra North Soludo Ambassadors Hon. Nwachinemere Kingsley Nnanna, Anambra South Deputy Coordinator Hon. Basil Nwosu, and other stakeholders such as Hon. Sir Ejiofor Egwuatu.
The event's highlight featured the distribution of bags of rice and other special items, spreading joy and camaraderie among the members.
