In a gesture of solidarity, Umuchukwu community, led by Igwe-elect Barr. Ken Maduka, extended condolences to the Chairman, Orumba South LGA, Prince Neville Uchendu.
The purpose was to provide solace and support to Prince Uchendu during the funeral rites of his late father, Nze John Onwuesogbue Uchendu (Uno Udo Di), held at Ogboji, Orumba South LGA.
Barr. Maduka expressed solidarity, citing Prince Uchendu as an exemplary leader with commendable qualities. "We identify with Prince Neville Uchendu as an exemplary leader in our council area. His commendable leadership qualities resonate with us," stated Barr. Maduka.
He affirmed the community's commitment to backing Prince Uchendu's developmental projects and peace initiatives. "Umuchukwu stands behind Prince Uchendu in supporting his vision for development and peace within the local government. We pledge unwavering support to his leadership," he declared.
Barr. Maduka urged him to continue making Orumba South proud. "We believe in your ability to lead with excellence, and we encourage you to uphold the dignity of Orumba South under your leadership," he asserted.
Reflecting on the life of Prince Uchendu's father, Barr. Maduka noted, "Late Nze John Onwuesogbue Uchendu lived an exemplary life, leaving behind a legacy that will be remembered. We encourage Chairman Uchendu to bear this loss with fortitude and propagate his father's admirable legacy."
In response, Prince Uchendu expressed gratitude for the visit, emphasizing his commitment to peace. "I'll always advocate for peace in the community and council area," he affirmed.
Prince Uchendu commended Dr. Godwin Maduka, an illustrious son of Umuchkwu for contributing to the town's development and achieving remarkable success in medical science in the United States.
Assuring the community of his dedication to peace and development, Prince Uchendu stated, "I will facilitate every issue that aids in the peace and development of your community and entire Orumba south. Together, we will achieve progress and prosperity for Orumba South."
Among the entourage is Umuchukwu's President-General, Hon. Emeka Adinchezor and other personalities.
